Hello, I'm David N. Gilbert, founder of Bio-Decon Plus. I have dedicated my career to public service and helping others—both through my work as a Law Enforcement Officer with Miami-Dade County Corrections and through my entrepreneurial ventures. Since 2010, I have worked closely with individuals facing mental health challenges and substance abuse, earning numerous certifications along the way. An integral part of this journey has been my wife, Carmen Gilbert, a proud graduate of the University of Miami. Carmen has played a vital role in the creation and growth of Bio-Decon Plus. From developing business strategies to supporting client care, Carmen continues to be a driving force behind everything we do.
